Mr. Ozerson has received an education from Hacettepe Vocational School of Health Services. After his college years, Mr. Ozerson became a founder and chairman for Genc Medikal LTD based in Ankara, where he still is a chairman of the board. Mr. Ozerson was and still is entitled as a business development manager in Genc Medikal, where he has been deciding investment policies for the company; and also has introduced new products to the National Congresses. He has been a part of the company for more than 30 years, meaning that Mr. Ozerson has 30 years of business experience in Turkey that has been successful till this day.

8 Years later, Mr. Ozerson became the founding member of another company, M-T Saglik Hizmentleri, again based in Ankara. Mr. Ozerson has been leading and directing the board as the chairman, whilst planning the management system of the company, which shows that Mr. Ozerson has been dealing with managerial roles and business development for more than 20 years. He also supervised the company regulations and analyzed the markets for possible new products and investment opportunities.

Noro-Med Tibbi Malz., was the third company founded by Mr. Ozerson, where he currently is the chairman of the board. An 18 year old company, Mr. Ozerson has been managing the board and has been a leader in the progression of the company. Like his previous job, Mr. Ozerson has been supervising the regulations of the company and analyzing the national market for further investments. The experience has continued on with the fourth company he founded Elektronik Tibbi Malzeme Paz. Tic. A.S., which is the most recent endeavor, where he is still the business development manager, deciding the investment policies of the company, whilst analyzing the national market for possible new products and minimizing loss while maximizing profits.
